  1. JOHN CORBETT BAND

    September 12, 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM @ 3663 Appling Road

With two country albums to his name and an acting resume a mile long, no one has to tell John that Hollywood stars moonlighting as musicians don’t always get taken seriously. So his musical success was surprising even to the guy who rose to fame as Cicely, Alaska’s resident radio deejay on the “Northern Exposure” TV series, and made women swoon in “Sex and the City” and “My Big Fat Greek Wedding”. He was never just moonlighting in the first place. Music was always Corbett’s first love, and it’s a passion for his lesser known talent that brings him to Bartlett. And no, it doesn’t bother him if people show up because they’re fans of his acting.

  2. BARTLETT REPERTORY COMPANY in STEVE MARTIN’S “THE UNDERPANTS”

    September 25, 8:00 PM - September 27, 10:00 PM @ 3663 Appling Road

This is a wild and wacky adaptation of the 1910 German farce Die Hose (by the playwright Carl Sternheim), penned by that celebrated comic genius known for his slightly off-kilter sense of humor… Theobald Maske has an unusual problem: his wife's underpants won't stay on. One Sunday morning they fall to her ankles right in the middle of town--a public scandal! Mortified, Theo swears to keep her at home until she can find some less unruly undies. Amid this chaos he's trying to rent a room in their flat and the prospective lodgers have some underlying surprises of their own.
