This ain’t no lecture, it’s History That Doesn’t Suck, a live storytelling spectacle based on the acclaimed and popular podcast. Join Greg Jackson, PhD in history for the Story of America: An Unlikely Union. Professor Jackson takes audiences from the ill-fated moment in 1754 when a very young George Washington in his first military command unintentionally lights the spark of a global 7-years war that gave rise to the American revolution, through the unlikely formation of an American union, then on to the devastation of a civil war. Sound effects, music and lights bring these seriously researched, hard-hitting and always entertaining stories of familiar and little known American history to life!
